I’ve been doing ab workouts for years now and when I see 10 min abs I usually just laugh and skip it.(“What can you do in just 10 min?”). Once again you proved me that I’m wrong. I am hooked, gonna do this one everyday starting from now.

for me it was not really intense. Maybe i have done something wrong. I think it is difficult to make effective workouts just with your body weight. If you are a beginner or intermediate i think this workout is fine for you.
