Narcissism is a spectrum, NPD is a diagnosis when someone passes a certain limit of this spectrum. 50 is narcissistic. Just not anti-social nor one that is on the extreme side of it, therefore he's not NPD. Most artists find themselves on the spectrum because it's almost impossible to be a showman without liking the attention, but they're not enough to consider them as having NPD. See Donald Trump for NPD or most serial killers like Ted Bundy.

@@jay5ivez 50's a pretty smart guy. Unlike some other rap artists(and I say this as someone who likes rap), 50 can hold a coherent and intelligent conversation and speaks in complete sentences. Also, he can adapt to whatever environment he is in and to whoever he is speaking to-that really is a skill. Not just a lot of rappers-but a lot of people can't do that.
