Having Kevin Hart talking about shoes is actually felt very real and wholesome. Dude really sound professional and you can tell he actually took that job seriously.
Idk if you've read his book "I can't make this up" but he talks about all his odd jobs and his hustle and it's an incredibly good book.
I love this chill, humble energy version of Kevin. I always liked his stand-up but I think I like this version even more

I've always said that... K Hart is funniest when he's off the cuff. His specials do have good moments though, but they're not front to back funny to me like a Chappelle or Burr special is to me.

Could not agree more. Interviews he is great, the show he has with Snoop amazing but as far as Comedy Specials one the first two did it for me all the others were just not funny to me.
I love when he’s just himself, no script or anything else. His rant on his NBA career & shoe store knowledge was hilarious. He made me laugh so hard I almost broke my ribs 😂😂😂

I cried so much during Fatherhood. Have a really tough relationship with both my parents but especially my dad, seeing someone care for their daughter like that just made me cry. Kinda embarrassed about how much I cried :/

Blows my mind that people don't realize Kevin is naturally funny. I've been to all of his stand ups and am a big fan. Are his more recent stand ups the best? No. But I still go to support. He has moments in the show where he breaks character and that's what I live for. I wish he would be more himself during specials, but he does what sells the most $. He's taking more acting roles that requires him to be something more than just the funny guy. I hope he brings that to specials.
