The Most Fun OPR build: Vengeance Flail Assassin (Highlights)

This vengeance + flail setup actually does a disgusting amount of damage and healing. I'm getting at least 1m damage AND healing every opr and you can burst way harder than you'd expect because of vengeance stacks.
The main idea is 200 strength, 200 focus, and 200 con with vengeance and flail but I'll post a flushed out guide of the build soon. The flails animations are way more fun than I thought they'd ever be and I wish I saw this weapon more.
