Banging fish mate nice one! Bright one ftw this time of year mate! I don't really do pot noodles to be honest but I do treat myself to a sticky rib flavour every now and then! Tesco do them highly recommend!
So re snacks - really needs a BBQ but can be done in a pan - large flat mushroom - take the stalk out - peel them aka take carefully the outmost layer of skin off - cover in Boursin garlic and herb cheese - place some tin foil on the BBQ and place mushroom on top - cook till the mushroom starts leaking fluids and is fully soft - eat and enjoy ;) I do the same with pate and at home its one of the things I always get told to make sure i have plenty of for home BBQ's Ps make sure its not the velvety Boursin it just does not work as well
I love the effort you’ve put into this haha! I feel like you really take pride in your cooking and I’m sure it tastes lovely! This may be a bad time to mention that I don’t like mushrooms 🙈🤣
@@southcoastangler just got back from a day fishing there, had good day today but do get mixed results there be interesting to see how you get on, looking forward to it mate👊
Get to headlands in romsey or whinwistle both have cafes on site! I’ve only moved down few months ago and fish both so looking for other lakes! I know you keep this one quite but simple google maps look and find it 😂 might see you down there one day 👍🏻
Mate honestly whitemoor lakes is brilliant. However it’s in holt Wimborne, closer than todbor. You’d love it. It’s beautiful and full of lumps. The main lake is the one I fish and I don’t really fish any other lakes now.
That’s a very nice fish mate! Well done you! I know it’s not for a day session but you have to try this cider from Aldi, it’s called Island’s. I think it’s their version of Inch’s.
Nice fish mate. You wanna be taking some Stroop waffles with you, get a brew on once made a cuppa leave a waffle on top of the cup to soften up and go chewy mmmmm
Well done cracking fish your doing really well, ive just started using d rigs found them very good too , what size magic beans would you use for size 6 hook ,recomend ridgemonkey stove very stable i use jean patrique griddle pan comes with glass lid its called (the whatever pan) can cook anything in it chicken breasts ,burgers, steaks bacon eggs , with the glass lid can see it cooking find it better than a ridgemonkey pan ,extremely hard wearing
Thank you! I’m really enjoying my fishing at the moment! D-rigs are great for any situation and so easy to tie! I personally use size 6 myself with a 15mm magic bean! I rarely use the smaller beans to be honest! You can always put a bit of putty on the rig an inch from the hook to hold it down if you’re not sure! Jean Patrique griddle pan 🤔 I’m going to look at that! Thanks for your comment!
@@southcoastangler Thank you glad your enjoying the fishing such a great hobbie , im going to order some parker baits and 15 mm magic beans i really like what there doing
Buy yourself one of the very smallest size spombs, I don't use it often.. but when travelling light it's a game changer! Weigh maybe 2.5/3oz when full so can be cast on your main rods just take lead off and put spomb on 👌
Arron, try Iceland skewers , ready to eat or whack them in the ridgemonkey , sweet chilli, tandoori , Teriyaki Glazed Chicken, salt n chilli, hot n spicy loads more !! £4 for a bag of four skewers. Packet of wraps or pitta top notch mate !!
Hey Aaron, it's not a 2 hour drive prob closer to 3 or 4 hour for you, but you must try Stafford Moor Fishery near Winkleigh in Devon. Mate this fishery is beyond belief. 2 specimen lakes and on site tackle shop and all mod cons. It's worth a 48hr or longer session, carp to 36lb+, well worth a visit, trust me
Please go to my doorstep lake, called the green lake and belongs to brookside angling club day tickete available. Tricky lake to fish suffer with a lot of poaching there but people have had fish in their 20s out of it, a couple of years ago i had a golden tench beautiful thing it was. Yeah would love to see a video about it
I get a wee bit fed up with the constant parker baits plugs. I know you are an ambassador for them but to mention them so much does get a wee bit annoying. good vid anyway mate.
Hello mate I appreciate your honest feedback and definitely take comments like this onboard. I don’t want anyone to feel like I’m forcing them to use Parker baits.. I know there is other great bait out there and I’m simply offering a discount code for people who want to try it 👍🏼 that way people can get discount on the bait and it helps me out too! But I’ll definitely take this onboard!
There is so much information out online now for anyone to pick up a rod and catch a big fish, that’s great isn’t it? I agree, there is plenty of great bait out there all of which anybody can use! I guess people can choose what they’re most confident it! All I’m doing is offering a discount if people want to try the bait. It works well for me so I’d like it to work well for other people too! I never tell anyone not to use other baits! It just works and I’m offering a discount!
Use what bait you want fella ,lovely common champ
Exactly! Everyone can use whatever bait they want! Whatever they have confident in and whatever works for them!
Nice fish mate . Nice to see someone enjoying their fishing . Keep doing what you're doing ,the haters will always hate !

Hamworthy Common in Poole old Quarry that is free to fish as long as you've got an EA rod licence and there are some lovely big fish in there 👍👍
