I had this issue as well one time. You don't need to copy all the nonsense from this video. The problem is 100% from the GPU overclock. If you own a 4090 graphic card, place all the settings to low, also with FSR to make the CPU go crazy, because the game will become CPU bound. What a joke of fixing things.
Just off frame generation and anti analysing and remove overlay apps like msi after burner or discord while playing the game i hope it will fix your problem it worked for me
this game sucks they didnt fix it yet and i still got it i have rx 7800xt and amd ryzen 7500f tried everything , reinstalling, lowering graphics and nothing worked for me...
do not download this game. the game cause my display problem of lines my whole display was covered with lines trust me it was my luck that my laptop was in warranty.
RAM... clearly - VRAM already has its settings done automatically through the GPU drivers - VRAM shouldn't be the issue. a PS5/xbox series x is 10-12gb VRAM, I have a 12gb 7700xt and on paper it's 3 times as powerful graphically as a PS5 despite having the same or similar VRAM amounts.
i mean everything is this guide is pretty good, apart from the REGEDIT and lowering textures. The textures aren't the issue - its not a VRAM issue, it's one of the optimizations messing stuff up i think.

bro i have an amd firepro w4100 and this game doesnt launch is there any way for this game to run on current gpu?
My GPU is not overclock but I am still facing this issue and also I playing rdr2 without problems but ghost of Tsushima have this issue

So your old gpu can run smooth
But damn is it normal for gpu to be at 90 percent usage

Install the game to an SSD not HDD. Turn off said optimisations ^ don't download the Regedit pack IMO
