Instead of a channel for the Universal Studios Kids park, how about one that is specifically for the DNT construction. This could include the new businesses along that route including the US park, Fields West development, and the new HEB at DNT and Frontier parkway. A channel just like the 380 page, but for the DNT.

I live in Aspen Meadows off FM 2931 and travel 720 daily to work so I have seen the swift progress on the overpass on 720/380 and cannot wait for that to be completed! 😂

I’m really hoping that DFW finds a way to curb its urban sprawl so that it doesn’t grow out of control and reach Oklahoma. It’s just unsustainable in the long run. These two freeways (380 and North Corridor) should be the last freeways in DFW imo. It would be nice to see these communities in Collin/Denton county invest in better public transit instead of just more freeways. “Just one more freeway, bro” isn’t going to work anymore.
Great footage! I would love a separate channel devoted to the park. My kids are all grown up but I’m pretty sure that I’ll be hanging out there just eat Shrek pretzels , and admire the theming. I’m a teacher, so I’m fully aware that it might be a little loud and overstimulating but that’s fine with me. I am awesome at turning it all out. Lol Anyhow, I definitely subscribe to a channel like that and I think it would have worldwide reach , because a lot of people are interested in what universe is going to do with this park. Their brand is so well-known that anything they do inspires curiosity.

@@RP-16 great question. There will be frontage roads around the overpass at those key intersections. However, the rest of the roadway will be 3 lanes each way with a median in-between.
@@RP-16 all existing road ways connecting to 380 will remain the same intersection type. All the east bound lanes of traffic and intersections on the south side of the highway are finished. Those intersections and lanes will be mirrored on the north side of the highway.
Trust me bro one more lane… 380 going to still be backed up at the other lights with no flyovers and totally waiting for few new lights also after the road done. Just like the lane expansion on DNT will speed up a few spots but exits and entrance ramps LOL!
@valmerie that's a good point, unfortunately everything will move smooth then we'll all have to come to a halt at points in which they're stoplights it'll be kinda interesting everything moving smooth then everybody coming to a halt because of a few stop lights, I believe that may cause some congestion if there's thousands driving over the overpasses just for us to come to a halt, hopefully the light timings will adjust so that way the traffic isn't stopped too long at least
Why do they ALWAYS wait until traffic etc. is already bursting and the seams to finally decide to do something about it. It's like waiting for your house to burn down before you call the fire department. Denton and the associated cities have known about all these builds and expansions etc. for many many many many years, construction and upgrades to roads always seems like the most ass-backwards ways of doing things.

i have kids, but dont care about some theme park! I care about updates on road construction. Being stuck in traffic steals my time with kids. I want to get my time back with kids instead of being stuck among my wonderful fellow motorists.

Will there be frontage roads from 377 to prosper? Some roads will directly connect to 380 without a bridge?

The general line of reasoning is to put the road in when houses show up, not when there’s nothing there.
