Thank you so much for all the time it takes to put these videos together. I seldom find videos this long that I don't skip any parts of. Your edits are fantastic, and there isn't any fluff left to skip past.

a wild Kyle appears! Thanks for showcasing the local gear makers. I've worked with him on a construction job and he got me into beginner drytooling. He puts a lot of thought into what he makes.

I am not sure if you read these or even take break test requests, but I am wondering if you could test a dynema sling that has a few threads pulled out/broken. I dont imagine it is a big deal, but a few of my biners tend to pull filaments out of the sling because of sharp edges or whatever. Usually the fibers will retract back into the weave and I ignore it, but what would happen if they got broken?

Search "hownot2 leaking stitching" for a short that is probably the closest to what you're asking.

@@leveller4 thanks for showing me this. I'm gonna keep the sling but avoid using them on gear/high load stuff

hey guys I was watching you bolt holes video, trying to find out what you would recommend if we wanted to put a hanger on a wood 4x4 to hold body weight. I bought a 3 inch SS lag bolt 5/16, and these new structural screws called flatlok also 3 inch but 3/8. seems the structural screws are marketed as lag replacements since no predrilled is needed, but seems they get strength from numbers not just one. cheers!

Go to a Bouldering Gym, you can climb all you want and stay 10-15 feet from the ground with a big soft matress below you!

Man if you got ppl under 6' tall and their feet hang out of it I'd hate to see my big ass lay in it my whole lower leg from the knees down would be hanging out. 😂

How can you say that about a big wall route when the video only shows 1-2 pitches? You haven't seen 95% of the route...
