Looks like there used to be a men’s room down there judging by the remaining blue tile floor with the outline of a toilet bowl base on it and blocked off closet flange by the soil stack along with supply and drain piping for 2 urinals. Not a complaint, more of an observation.... you cut out several parts that are the best part of the video. You went from water overflowing, cut, then it was flowing, in other words we didn't see the water go down. That's my favorite part. Thanks for the great videos.

is the leaking pipe sealable, or does it get reported to the sewer system people for replacement
It's the homeowner responsibility, so they will have to dig up the floor and replace the broken pipe. Which I doubt because it's a rental 😉
