Don't understand why people don't understand what measuring the average is.
Also it's confusing replying to your comment. I thought my computer was broken.
Definitely not average, looks like they just looked at the measured temperature in the mountains, because the yearly average temperature back there in 2011, was above 30 degrees.
It was the hottest country that year, even surpassing the usual 1st place, Burkina Faso.

I am from Whitehorse Yukon Canada 🇨🇦. Our average yearly temperature in my city is -0.1°C. In winter temperatures are often around -20°C and often drops to -40°C on the coldest days. Once it even dropped to -56°C. Summer is mild here with an average high of 20°C, Temps above 30°C are rare and we have never passed 35°C in the summer.

In the center of Africa, Chad lies there. Average temperatures in there reach over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. In the winter, it goes to 80-90 degrees. Chads capital is N'DJamena
In Saudi Arabia, it is always blistering hot there(Same with Chad). Also Turaif is its coldest city. Since Saudi Arabia doesn't have any lakes or rivers, it rarely rains. In terms of states I think Alabama has one of the most chaotic average coldest temperatures are in the teens but can drop near negative and average hottest temperatures in the 90's although can push 110. What makes it chaotic is in the winter you can have weeks of 20 degree weather then all of a sudden get a 80 degree day.
