I'm Italian but I like watching your videos as well, because they are very well made, very professional. I rented an apartment near the Vatican for two weeks, through a third party site and the owner lied about the amenities. He advertised it as a rental with a shared kitchen, breakfast and staff and it literally just a room with beds, fridge and a bathroom. When I exposed him online, he sent me a text asking to take down the review. And while there he was always complaining about Expedia and bad reviews and was basically begging people for good reviews, because he said it's hurting his business, when he has only himself to blame. I would expect reputable third party sites to vet their properties. I personally wouldn't rent anything in Italy that isn't a normal hotel.
it's so hard to find apartments in Milán... the alleged landlords also message you from phone numbers that are from foreign countries, usually the ones from Africa
