In my case, I truly believe that coloring my hair caused it to turn gray prematurely. Before coloring I just had a few but they kept coming fast and I had to color regularly to keep them hidden. However since I stopped coloring my hair has hardly moved from the salt n pepper. Also the texture has changed and it has a lot more body now. I don't use any harsh hair grease but I do use Olive/Argan oil for shine.
Truly experience is the best teacher, colouring grays is a lot of work and you can't be happy when the colour is fading off from the hair after sometime, it's good to embrace it and be peaceful at same time. Thanks alot for this wonderful experience my dear friend, one 💕🥰

I always tell folks that I started my journey to gray by getting off “the bottle” (dyeing was hard to maintain the right blonde color).
Not only does gray hair come in based on genetics, it can be caused by certain medications.
