- You might see Bob Smith of Maryland's eastern shore driving a green farm tractor, or it might be a red one. Bob has family history and a love for the power of Massey Ferguson tractors, in fact he has barn full of them.
But he also can't let go of the John Deere 60 that his Dad and Mom farmed with. No doubt, Bob has a connection with two iconic tractor brands!

Great John Deere 60 tractor and a wonderful story of family memories, irreplaceable.
There's some sharp Ferguson's in that collection,I grew up on Ferguson they don't makem like that anymore.
Sure don't
I just watched to see my favorite tractors Massey-Ferguson.
My favorite is the Allis G sitting forlorn in the background.
Thanks for another great video Brian.
It was interesting and enjoyable.
My compliments to Bob for restoring the family John Deere 60 tractor. Looks very nice and loved the story he told about the family and this tractor.
Bob’s Massey collection is just great. I myself like the western style tractors and his are restored to perfection!!!! Nice work Bob.
Great video Brian.
Thanks for everything.
The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Once again, fantastic story! Keep up the great content!
I never ran a John Deere 60, but that one is a sweet looking ride. Thanks
Love that 60 most of all.
Beautiful collection my dad has a Ferguson tractor the battery unfortunately is dead I’d love to help him get a new battery
Beautiful 60
Thanks for sharing
Great video. I have a MF7. Cuts grass so nice.
Appears there is an aftermarket power steering unit installed on it. Nice tractor nonetheless.
That’s why I used to stand on the platform
💖💚💛🌱💛💚💖
Deere is the easiest to see everything and the hardest to work on!!!! Everything has to come apart to fix anything.
The 60 in the video here can have the engine rebuilt without ever removing the hood. How are they more difficult.
I have a 60, love it.
Well my tractor can WHoooooop your tractor ! 🤣🤣🤣
I was glad to see Deere bring out the New Generation Tractor line. They should’ve done that in 1939 when IH brought out Their letter series. Basically, the last of the Two Cylinders was still only a refined version of the Waterloo Boy. Even Deere realized that which is why They started Planning and Engineering the New Generation in 1952. They came from behind to way ahead of the Competition in One leap.

@@Corvacar,, the decades and decades long continuation of the hand operated clutch was also a detriment to John Deere, particularly if one needed an easy to operate loader tractor.
Massey ferguson are good tractors fuel efficient
those old deeres were good but try backing wagon up with hand clutch not nice job massey 35 best small tractor ever
IVE haven't seen any massey ferguson 88s I heard of them U will find or see a super 90 1ST years ago there was a massey ferguson tractor dealer right 👉 😊 in town on main Street I don't remember it at all it was a bit be 4 my time 😮😮 then later on they moved down the road futher going out town now the 2 massey ferguson tractor dealerships are a hr away 😮😮 OMG 6 29 2O24
I think tractors were built the wrong way , they should be backwards with the wheels (mules) to the front! 🤣
One big disadvantage to that is that there would be no weight shift onto the rear on heavy pulls.

U couldn't get any tractors W more power in the early 195OS because they weren't made yet the idea 💡 was still on the drawing board and still had 2 draw the blue prints 4 them alot of tractor company's it wasn't until 1958 that they start going 2 higher horse power tractors the farms got bigger and more work 2 be done in a days time ⌚ 😊 even when it got dark U turn the tractor lights on and kept working until U finished 4 the day that 2 made 4 some long days and nights on the tractor 🚜 they went from the steel pan seats 2 air ride seats over the years still people used a pillow in the seat more comfy 😊😊 OMG 6 29 2O24
