I think it's more about the experience itself, and maybe re-living a childhood joy. Naruto is one of the series that a lot of us grew up with, so it holds a special place in our hearts. I'm not really crazy about the series in itself (maybe only about Orochimaru), yet re-watching some scenes brings back many precious memories. Visiting this place would probably be an unforgettable experience for the fiery Naruto fans.
