I love the layout but it's lacking one important safety requirement. Another exit/back door leading to an outdoor kitchen or backyard lanai is missing. There should be another way out in case your main door was blocked.
Better than an apartment with too many nosey neighbors.....VERY NICE & the landscaping/ exterior is a Perfect compliment to the LOOK, DESIGN and says WELCOME at first glance!!💫💕
I like it just the way it is. The concept of small/tiny house is to cut back and live in a simple fashion. We don’t need 80% of the stuff in our homes. Thanks for sharing!
This is the first Tiny House I've seen that uli would live in. All on ground level - no stupid loft 'bedroom'. Clean lines and good storage. Love the light, and the clean lines. Great little bathroom and adequate kitchen. This would work for me and my 3 cats!

That’s why we should invent to automate the house building process by using more 3D printing and easy recyclable design! That should bring the cost down to 1/10. Like how garments cost came down in the last century!
Sorry to say, but it’s gonna cost more like $37,000.00 😂 I remember when they advertised the boxable houses like this, they actually cost around $70,000.

I would seriously love to have one of these!! It is gorgeous and oh how I am all but drooling. This space is all I want /need. If I had some land.... I so wish!
Having windows up high and the small blocks that peeps can’t peek in are so great. You keep wall space and light without having to shutter it all up. It’s a great design and I like the space. I have a 20 by 12 and I raised my bed 4 feet up to have dog bed below and storage. I have yet to enclose it with cutout walls to let light in but dim for night. I live in the woods but still nice to have windows up high as I feel a bit creeped out for some reason sometimes 🤷🏻♀️
It's about time humans used their intelligence and engineering skills to make homes this cheap. There's no good reason that we pay 250,000 for a one bed apartment.

Very nice design. But I would put the washing machine/dryer in the bathroom on left side of sink because it is shown pretty much in living room. If it is quiet during wash and dry cycles it would be fine where shown. I have never seen a quiet washer/dryer combo before. The renderings are well done, and it could almost pass for being real!
Love this. Can you change only the wood colors to “Hickory “ including the floors? Keeping all the other colors as is. Would love to see a sample of that.

Hi, you catched me into an instant! It's so close to what I'd like to do. I might use your design, if it's OK!? Just I'll have not such a perfect facade because those small windose, on the base, at right, I'll have them upper, above the kitchen counter, whatever there'll be no perfect simetry outside - but it'll be definitely better for me, both interior & exterior ;) What about another DOOR between the dorm (take completly out that... book shelves) and the bathroom!? I would have a bathtube opposite the shower (no separate shower!), AND between the two rooms I'll have a walkin wardrobe, and a stair to reach at the top free space above these rooms !?! 😍 Hmm, Now the whole project is perfect; just 2 big containers and the roof, it'll make the home 4 me! 🙌👍 THANK YOU !!! 💖😘💞
This house will be named The Seven House or even The Seven Window House. Only issue I have is with the bathroom door opening with a view of the shower, I would switch the vanity to the shower wall facing the door and make the shower along the entire wall where the vanity sat with just a partial glass partition that will stop the water from leaving the shower but also allow an entrance/exit to the shower that would not require a door.
Why not use the efficiency sized shower-tub combo similar to the ones in the newer RV travel trailers and the space saving washer-1dryerq units . Also borrow the storage cabinet idea from the Dvd/cd units only make them larger for clothing storage in the bedroom and for food and kitchen ware storage in the kitchen. I put one in my travel trailer that was made for CD/Dvds I found at a thrift store and used it to store extra packaged and canned foods . Each side opened out with extra shelves and all of the sides closed up into a little neat square cabinet that neatly hid everything inside . I would love to see more sizes of that same space saving designed cabinet so could be used for clothing, shoes, warm seasonal bedding, dishes, laundry supplies ,garden supplies, auto and shop tools, hobbies, business , photos etc .
Very cool house. And hard to beat the price. The one concern for me is that there's no real storage in the place. Small wardrobe in the bedroom but that was it. But aesthetically it's a lovely home.

It's not bad. It just needs to be bigger so you can fit an actual refrigerator in the kitchen. Some space to put in a washer and dryer. Maybe even enough room for a closet to put your clothes in..
Really cool. But only if you live in the area with no neighbors LOL I would definitely want something to cover the windows if I wanted to on the lower part at least so people couldn't see everything you do
