Sure! First, go into your ATM9 instance folder (I think you can open it from the Curse Forge client). After that go into the "config" folder and search "tombstone-client.toml". Open it with a text editor (like notepad) and search for allow_halloween_ghost and set that to false. Then restart the game and it should be all ok

Then restart the game and it should be all ok
Press ESC, go to Mods, find Corail Tombstone, select client, then events (I think), set “Halloween ghost” to false, then SAVE the config settings.
This ghost that appears is from the corail tumbstone mod, and it's very boring
