I've been watching this part a lot recently. Reminds me of when me and my friend used to watch this VHS tape every time we went out for a skate. A well deserved classic. Senn rules
i watched this part a thousand times when I was young, and decades later its still every bit as inpiring. Senn was psychotic, skating in its purest form, the kind you only see in GX vids these days.
Chris Senn reminds me of an earlier, less refined Grant Taylor. Such a fast, powerful ATV skater. Ed Templeton said he was one of those guys who's just crazy to watch skate in person
i remember getting a pair of Emerica Chris Senn's when i was in grade 8 and everyone was like "who the fuck is that? why didn't you get Muska's?" ... anyway, i loved those shoes and shoe-gooed the shit out of them. he was my favorite skater back then and still one of them today.
I remember being a kid watching Xgames '97 or something and watching Senn ollie the biggest gaps and just haul around the park while everyone was doing their one-trick-pony routine.
this is my definition of REAL skating. fuck that technical flip-in, flip-out shit these skaters are doing these days. i gotta say though, much respect for all skaters...started at 12; 17 years skating dudes. yup, i definitely feel old.

Chris Senn is such an inspiration. This part is my favourite from that movie. I love that high speed sk8ing and the song is the bomb! Respect :)
I hope you're still on here. This is my favorite part of the video too. I hope the last 10 years has been well to you
That long hill-bombing line at the end was skateboarding at it's purest
Absolutely beautiful. That’s how I would have liked to skate if I had the talent.
Listening to Cigar and skate all day.. good times !

Craig Harrison
Cigar is the name of the band playing during Senns part.

at 1:23 where he ollies a full driveway, then does a 180 over ANOTHER full driveway with 10 feet in between.
the balls alone just to try that!

He's still ripping. Still on Emerica. Not sure what board company he's on. Maybe Element still.
Seems like just yesterday I was complaining about those gas prices.
