How can i do a question that have 8 situation so there are S1, S2 and S3 and the stuations are like this: 1. q ( so protect the situation) 2. Shift right 3. Shift left 4. Increment 5. Clear 6. q' ( so take the opposite of situation) 7. Load parallel data 8. MSB bit reset So how can i design this register? Should i use 8×1 mux and 8 flip flop. If you can even help me a little bit i'll be so grateful. Thank you.
The amount of flip flops isn't important to the design. If you need a byte, you need 8 if you need a half word you need 16 flip flops etc etc. If you need 8 options you indeed need a, 8 to 1 mux and then one mux per flip flop. For arithmetic operations you might want to add an adder circuit as just these flip flops can't increment a value. All the clock lines are connected to each other. To clear you can either tie all the clear pins of the flip flops together and toggle that or attach that mux input for all the flip flops to a zero state. For q' you could add a mux at the output of the flip flops and switch between q and q' , parallel you already saw in the video and for MSB set you can do the same as with the clear. input nothing but zeros except for the MSB and load that via the mux.
Your explanation helped me a lot with understanding the structure of the register. Thank you so much for this video !
My sir took like an hour to explain this and nothing entered my head! You are an amazing teacher sir! God bless you!
Thank you for sharing sir
Tutorial point please start a university I will join
Its so strange that every time i try and learn a computing topic its always an Indian god or goddess teaching me
Indian god?!, its a human like us

You're such an amazing teacher thanks alot!
Very well explained. Gave complete clarity in less than 10 mins.
Thankyou Sir.
Great Explanation. Thank you sir.
This was really helpful sir, Thank you very much!!

@@andrewwatts1997 ohh, okay. I will try to make this with that way. Thank you very much.
why there is a bubble in-front each clock in the D-flipflop , i see other circuit with the same logic don't have what does it mean?
sir can u help us in making lamp hand ball game using bidirectional shift register??
I am following you easily. Good lecture.
thank you so much 🤍🌹
👍
Lot of thanks to tutorials point ❤️❤️❤️
Universal and controlled are same??
Thanks sir..
Thanks alot sir
Select lines will have the same notation.
Thnx alot sir
Nice... Thank you sir
Awesome explanation! Thank you
Thank you sir
For real
Thank you sir❤
Thank you so much sir great explanation
Sir shift up operation means ?
you are the MAN
Thanks a lot!
Thank you sir
Explained in such a nice way. Thanks
3:30 shift left
It is best place to learn easily
Thanks sir
thank u so much sir
Well explained
greAT EXPLANATION
Nice sir..
great job, thankyou
