Question number 2. Bargainig power of suppliesr decrease when? Is the answer is ‘c’
The relative bargaining power of suppliers decrease when
• Excessive suppliers are available
• Buyers can choose product substitutions, and
• The cost of switching suppliers is low.
So the answer is ‘A’ buyers switching cost are high.
