i dont know about you but if you ever go there it makes a deafening roar that tells you it's no joke. You can even go outside and hear it. I wonder when someone will measure its decibels
There are two different trains, the one car has a backwards seat because it is awesome! I have ridden this thing so many times, each time I go I ride it at least 5 times in a row!
Does anybody know if the strict height requirement (59" min) was put in place even before the accident? Or is it only because of the huge shoulder restraints?
This video does not do justice to how loud it really is when you are watching. I've almost been knocked down while on the path through the loop simply because of the noise
MɨҡɛʏքօօɦɮɛaʀJaċҡsօռ it experiences a greater G force than astronauts leaving orbit. My friend blacked out on one of the loops but I've been on it twice and it just kinda made my neck sore. 20 yrs ago a cart derailed and killed 3 people.
Might be interesting to you, but I've ridden Olympia Looping enough times to know that those restraints are among the worst things you can put on a roller coaster.
The backwards car is typically implemented during the spring and summer, when more people are visiting WEM and Galaxyland. Often, outside of peak season, they will just go with two of the non-backwards-car trains.
What's done is done... They improved the ride... It's much safer now... One of the safest rides in the world, actually. I'm honestly tired of people bringing up the accident... It happened, ( a long time ago) and I don't think many people want to be reminded of it...
Mario Brajevich I mean, just lap bars weren’t enough back when the accident happened; four ppl were throw out because they malfunctioned from the one car derailing. Three died the fourth had a lot of injuries. The shoulder restraints were kinda needed
@@blazerlazer55 on this ride. Trust me. The shoulder restraints are very necessary. It's insanely fast and jumpy. I don't know how they didn't have them before.
Still can't believe they've scrapped this. What a massive loss. Fantastic coaster.
I find that this coaster makes the most satisfying noise of any I have heard, it's like asmr for me
This thing pulls insane G's in those loops
call em vertical loops or inversions
Round loops of almost 6 g’s!!

I went on that ride like 8 times now, and the loops have INSANE G’S.

It’s so sad this is going to be no more

That ride is a beast! Too bad there were not more of these built. Would have been a great ride for a smaller park, or medium park.

best inversion coaster in canada
Fun fact this is the the largest indoor rollercoaster in the world 🌎
Wow ,,, I bet it is . It's very intimidating, more than most, cause if the sound from being indoors . That roar is crazy
Why was it removed?

Can't imagen what those loops feels like on this killer machine.
Very powerful. I remember almost passing out because of the amount of G force. Very fun ride though

Mackenzie Lofgren thats false😂. Astronauts exprience way more than 6g's.
@@ashton.snelgrove I think this is a Lil bit more g's
Dj Alpha deorbit burns are probably about 2 g
Very interesting how the OTSR work on this. Never have seen anything like it. Any other coasters have that kind?

+Marcel Wannieck uhhh, yess! These restrains almost killed my back! :/
Steel Hawg @ Indiana Beach
6g right there just like its old brother ride the thriller
The reason the back car is the other way is because of an accident in 1984 where the back one crashed and killed one person.
Killed 3
it was 1986
May I please use this footage I will credit you and add a special Thanks at the beginning of my video😊!
One time when we went to galaxyland the mindbender was open
YOU CAN GO BACKWARDS?! mind blown...!! when I went on it (like 5 times) it never went backwards

Hey CoasterForce, did you ever figure out why the last car goes backwards???
+Kaleb Bowers Because it's fun to ride it backwards!
Kaleb Bowers it doesn't do that all the time
Kaleb Bowers it’s for rebel’s and phycos’s
Rode it backwards in 1995... unbelievable forces.
PointlessWorld one of the trains has a backwards car
Why does the ride op have to open EVERY OTSR manually?
Because otsr sucks xd
I could never go on that thing.... I GET MOTION SICK ON THE FRICKING CAROUSEL
It ain't to bad never went on I but I heard it's a great ride
The mindbender go's up to the dark side up 👆
Too bad another clone of this didn't get built in the USA. It would have looked great outdoors. They don't make them like this anymore...
Anthony Martinez Yes indeed, wish they did
Mindbenders little twin Quimera is now at Indiana Beach
Roller Coaster 1 looks too intense for me
Chris Hightower looping roller coaster 1

Same here for my apartment
The roller coaster with the most gruesome history.

IM SO SCARED TO RIDE THIS
