I like how Tony's idea of an anniversary gift is an Iron Man suit, which Pepper probably doesn't really want. It shows that he is still really bad at getting Pepper gifts, like the giant bunny from Iron Man 3.
Pepper has handled the Iron Man suit before. And even if she didn't want it, it was needed more than she imagined, as shown during the final battle against Thanos.
That said, the suit is the exact shade of blue of Pepper's dress she obtained from Tony as her birthday present... ...of course, she picked it out herself.
