Identify your ideal client company. Search for them on apollo. Click the company name and SAVE it. At the top of their overview page, you'll see their keywords. Copy them (delete any that might not be relevant) & add them into your new search under Company Keywords. Make sure all 4 boxes are ticked under 'kind of keywords'.

I have 2000 contacts in Apollo and it only saved 276 contacts. Any idea why it stopped at the 10th page of the scrape? Can you do this for 2000 leads? I have also used up 300 pages with data miner, so I only have 200 pages left. This sucks.

Not working for you? If it's just taking 2 pages you need to set the number of times the automation runs to the total no. of pages you want to scrape 👍
@@OttoFrederick No they mean that Apollo still limits you at the 5 page limit so how will the scraper go and scrape all the data on those pages that you cannot access? 🤔
@@asikajordan3702 If you're finding that's happening, you can save and split your leads lists. Get more granular with your search parameters first and then select 50% of your saved leads and save them into a list. i.e. instead of running the automation across 5 pages, you can then run it across 2.5 pages etc
@@OttoFrederick nvm, I realized that if you wanna scrape beyond 5 pages, you need to do it under the "Saved" tab and no where else. That's the only place you can go beyond the 5 page limit.

What do you mean? You have to let the automation run - it'll take each selected variable item by item.

i have the apollo free and in the section of the email it appears to me acces email and it cost me 1 credit
