      Yankee fans cared.. And Mike even as a Yankee fan is dead inside.. He cares about nothing other than his food and his paycheck.. Of course Russo bitches as a Yankees Hater.. The Press Conference and announcement is for Yankee Fans.

    This was a dog and pony show of the highest order. It was hilarious on the day. Mike was right (from our Yankee diehard perspective), and Chris was right about the circus. With that said - this was so much more engaging and important than anything having to do with Judge, who has never won a thing here.

    Since 2000
    They have more captains than championships

    WHY did they choose to announce it in Cincinnati??? Why not during a home stand at the Stadium?

      The Boss felt the Yanks needed a spark right then and there

    Chris definitely likes that the Yankees even thought to call about him!

    This is a live listen to the slow cancerous death of NY sports radio in the face of the new sports marketing machine

    When did " I couldn't care less" become "I could care less" , makes no sense

    • @t206kid
      @t206kid 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Idioms dont care about logic. People feel that since they are already saying the word "less" that "couldn't or could not" makes the phrase a double negative. When I hear people say the phrase I say 75% of the time people say the incorrect "I could care less"

      I always wondered this. “I couldn’t care less” makes more sense but I hear “I could care less” more. Which is why I never understood that saying.

    Chris said back then that nobody cared. Right, Chris - but look how long he insisted on talking about it. Classic Dog.
