Thats great work, Thank you. Im getting older and think the 30s Urban Pro model will be my best best for indoor winter targets at 20 meters and summer pest control.
I have the HW30S and enjoy this one quite a lot,..so smooth shooting with this HW 30S, I have been offered a chance to buy an HW35 from an Estate Salle', and now with this review and comparison, I can see that I should buy the '35, as soon as it is available. Thanks very much for this review ( and translation ), I have subscribed to see what else you have here on TH-cam.
I have them both the HW30 and the HW35E. Fantastic rifles. I prefer the HW35 because of it's size and weight but my wife who is alot smaller than me prefers the HW30. I also have a HW80 and a HW95, also great rifles but i prefer the HW35 over both of them.
I have the HW 30, HW35, the HW50 and the HW97K in my opinion is teh HW97K the best (but heavy) the HW30 the nicest to shoot and the HW35 has the nicest mechanic to break the barrel but mine is a bit loud in comparrison with the HW30.
Thanks for the video review 👍Both rifles are great! It is a pity that in our country they are not for sale. I will definitely buy HW30s in the future 😐
I just bought an HW35E. When I first mounted a scope and took shots, it hit below the whole target at 10 meters! I suspect this is barrel droop and I noticed you are using adjustable scope mounts from Sportsmatch. Is that for barrel droop? How do you know you have droop and it is not the scope out of adjustment? How do you recommend compensating for barrel droop. Also, I read that you should depress the spring loaded barrel release when closing the barrel as well as opening the barrel. Is it OK to not depress when closing? Really nice video! Thanks!
Most breakbarrels have some droop. It’s only a problem if you have to adjust the scope to extremes to get the elevation dialled in. If that’s the case it’s probably worth investing in an adjustable mount, although you can do an effective bodge by shimming the rear of the mount with some good quality tape.
