For transparency, this is a nice compliment…not a one and done for smoke and odors. Odor is imbedded into all textiles, carpets, headliner, a/c evaporator and heater core. Spend the time and do it right: Clean all surfaces, including glass and headliner. Extract your carpets and seats (if leather, use a leather cleaner and steamer), purchase an a/c evaporator foam kit which also includes a refresher spray for your duct work. Last but not least, ozone generating is the only way to truly remove odors from a molecular level. Plenty of videos of how to do this online. When all this is done, then maybe this would be a good product as a finishing touch.
^^^^Facts, if removing smoke smell was this easy, every car rental and car dealer would be doing this on all their cars. It's easy to hide it, but like you said it's embedded into everything in the car.
I'm curious that you don't have a respirator or mask on. I imagine you're not actively huffing it in. But while you're spraying under the dash should you wear PPE?
