IMPORTANT INFO: If you want to get a real AITOR JUNGLE KING 1 or JUNGLE KING 2 don't buy any that are in sale nowadays because they have very bad quality.AITOR cutlery closed at the end of 90's and it was buy for another company (pielcu),now is called AITOR/PIELCU (fucking shit quality) .My knife is from 1997 before AITOR closed.AITOR JUNGLE KING 1983 - end of 90´s .

I wish someone made a survival knife like this now 2019. The quality on this is unbelievable.
Why do you need someone else to make it? Aitor is still making this beast. It’s the original Rambo knife. And it’s the god damn best.

Querido José Miguel. Nos han gustado mucho tus cuchillos y tu cuarto de baño. Nunca estarás sólo en ese retrete...estamos contigo. Unas pequeñas recomendaciones de tus fieles admiradores.
Lo primero, te recomendamos cambiar tu dentífrico por uno más eficiente...pues nada sería peor que vértelas con una caries en una situación de supervivencia extrema.. No seas tu peor enemigo.
Lo segundo. Nos han encantado tus cuchillos y tu baño, lo único que nos ha entristecido un poco, es que no puedas permitirte reparar la puerta del baño. Creo que deberías cubrirte las espaldas en ese sentido modificándola, máxime cuando el baño es a la vez el plató del que nace nuestro entretenimiento. Y un hombre con la puerta bien cerrada, se siente más seguro que con un montón de cuchillos.
El programa nos gusta mucho, lo que más ...las salidas de plató que rompen la monotonía del clásico fondo de inodoro que tiene el show...todos recordamos el apuñalamiento de de la estantería, y nos interesaría saber si llegó a la colcha, y de ser así, si se enteraron tus padres.
Muchas gracias y esperamos ansiosos que resuelvas la financiación pronto y puedas adquirir un nuevo cuchillo par afilar perchas en ese santuario de la higiene y la supervivencia.

i was at the store yester day and i bought a knife i saw that one but i did not have the money for it i got a diffrent one. people say hollow handel is bad but it is really good if it has good quality the blade and handel wont break and you can take line wire and other things with you in the handle

if you take the string off the scabbard there if a bit to sharpen your knife on
Do not thread the string around your wrist as you did in the move.
The thumb should be threaded through the loop all the way to the root and once around the the wrist and there will the knife be stuck in a hold in your hand. As a truncheon / Batong.
If the opponent takes the truncheon / Batong in a successful grip you are stuck in the loop that you entered the wrist through. You can not escape. No plan B so to speak :-D

The Skinner knife is so cool, I do not like the knife itself because it is not full tang, but the saw has a very bad ass look and different from other styles, over all it is a good piece of collection.

Tap Aitor knifes into google, It'll take you straight there, It'll be one of the first ones in, then tap on the buy knifes box and a full inventory turns up, it says 150 euros ISH, £187 came through on the card statement with the tax and import duty etc. It's real easy, takes about 5 minutes, turns up a few days later from Spain. Mark, the other name on my van, bought it off m me, so I bought a silver one, when I have £190 spare I'll be re-ordering another black on for myself.
Ordered one from Spain on the strength of this vid, awesome knife, got the black one, might get the silver aswell, just so I have both, the quest stops when you have a pair of these, thanks for the vid Survival4ever

I own a Jungle King purchased in 1992 and used it all the way for any kind of abusiv work including a year of military service. Basically I use it a subsitute for a hatchet all the time...ad it#s still in perfect shape...but looking at models made from 2000 on it seems that quality has degraded a fair bit.

mmm, in the blade it says Made in Spain, and has got the rockwell test and come with the all things as you show us in the vid, the box, and the knife does not seems te be made in china. One think, is difficult to sharp and take a good edge, because is not a knife to make precise cuts... is it designed to survival.
I would prefer to have the knife on the left chest side and upside down.
@survival4ever well its aways good to be able to relax in a survival situation, i guess heroin reserve is a good thing. Also consider morphine or synthetic morphine tabs, those are really great. Careful with the heart though

The mistake he made was trying to shave the stick into a tip instead of chopping to a point. Thick blades are hard to shave with while if he used the skinner knife it would have done a better job.
Yo tengo el mismo y puedo decir que es una pasada, estos cuchillos son mas de tipo táctico que de otra cosa pero en esta versión esta pensada para una situación de emergencia y da lo mismo que sea de pilcu o no se sigue usando los mismos materiales y no cambia nada. por mi prprofesión estoy arto de coger cuchillos, cada cuchillo esta pensado para un propósito y unas funciones

Aitor does stil makes this knifes but you can see the differences to the old models in my channel.

Sorry for the delay, i bought it in Argentina, Cordoba, i paid for it $ 900 pesos argentinos, aprox u$s 225 (dollars). but cand you find it on ebay.com for example, I am very happy, it's a very nice knife and i did not test it in the field yet! but i love it, it's for hard use... hope i help you.

No logro entender el proposito de un cuchillo tan grande, tuve la suerte de utilizar un AItor mas grande que el del video, cercano al tamaño de un machete, realmente era casi una espada, si no van a matar un animal de 100 kilos con el cuchillo no tiene mucha utilidad.

ich empfele das jungle king 2 ist zwar kleiner aber sauscharf hab damit äste von 5 cm durchmesser mit einem hieb abgetrennt.
naja der hat sicher nen kleinen schwanz deshalb braucht er so ein großes teil :)

Sounds like you don't know much about knives!! I have owned one for over 4 years and have used it to split wood plenty of times, in Texas and Louisiana.
Perhaps you shouldn't buy knives at the grocery store.
CSA Tex I buy my knives from the renowned firm of Heinnie Haynes. All accepted wisdom is that a hollow handle knife will fail at the joint of blade and handle, with really only a couple of exceptions such as the Schrade models produced from a single piece of steel and the Glock field knives. I've yet to see the Aitor used in a video anything but cautiously.
noonsight2010 While I share your concern about hollow handles, the Jungle King, especially the old models, will not let you down. A buddy of mine has used and abused his JK for decades now, and it shows no sign of fatigue.
the fit and finish and materials used by aitor, a great spanish knife maker indeed, are established. you must be thinking of the myriad of chinese knockoffs. while not made for chopping exclusively(that is what the saw teeth are to help with), this knife will hold up just fine unless abused. if you want to chop a lot, get an axe
