    Please tell me something...
    I want my orthogonal cutting model to have tool;
    Displacement= 1.6e-4
    Velocity= 100m/min
    How and which time category should I use? Evenly spaced shows error on values below 1. Please suggest.

    In This example you have not defined initial temperature as predefined field for pipe or insulation surface.My question is how can heat transfer through convection take place without initial surface temperature defined

      You define the temperature of the steam and of the ambient air in "sink temperature" when you define the interaction
