Instead of letting your licences lapse, you may be able to request an intentional suspension or pause. That way it's less expensive and hassle if you ever need to use it

Thanks for the video! Will be coming there, hopefully next year. Do Australians accept post graduate courses from universities e.g. ITU course, anaesthetic and recovery course, etc and do they make a difference on your pay?
Depends on the hospital as I have heard some people did not get theirs recognized but mine was accepted💙
The sick time off definitely benefits young and old. When you start a family in NSW, your sick leave also covers sick kids in addition to maternity and patental leave when you start a family. I hope the 20 day comes in for you 🙏🌺

In my current place of work in the UK, we have the same scanning service when giving medications, ours is called Atlas
We scan the medications and it registers the whole information in the system
I know Atlas, it's quite different from Pyxis.😊

Coming from the US and now living in Perth WA since February of this year, I have been a little anxious as I will be starting to work here as an RN soon. Your video helped put my mind at ease on some levels.
Again, I thank you for all the wonderful content you have shared regarding how to transfer my RN license to Australia. Your videos were what motivated me to get my Ahpra registration, and I followed in your footsteps as i did exactly the same things and it all worked out. Within one week of obtaining my license in New Zealand, I obtained my AHPRA registration in September 2023.
I have been an RN for some years now and I look forward to practicing in WA.
Regarding Australian Nursing agencies, I will try to find which one of your videos covers this topic. I thought that I have watched every single one. I guess i must have missed it.
I have been looking at jobs in Perth WA and hope to find a good one soon. Fingers crossed.

I have been trying so hard to get visa 186, but it is very scarce now and hard to get.
All the employers l have been getting are 482 temporary sponsorship visa. And they are mainly for age care nursing.
You have to work for them for 2 years, before they will sponsor you for PR.
I would advise you to take it cos the more you delay the more things gets tougher
