Vera, I used to have brutal periods. You're correct, caffeine is not good for cramps, and, not for breasts either. My doctor also told me to eliminate all forms of sugar, white flour, simple carbs. I wonder if you could have endometriosis, fibroids or cysts. Or, a low thyroid. One or all of these will make periods pretty awful. Happy New Year!
