Well that's a bit of a shortcut! Want to activate Mt Bogong for SOTA, but the 2WD option is a bit more of an effort

Yeah, it does shave a fair bit off the distance!
If it wasn't blowing with too much wind to hear anything, we'd have tried to make a contact like we did from the top of Kosciuszko...

I might've paused at 2:07 to check out your snack drawer :P Tiny teddies are a good choice!

Being about as unplanned as the rest of the trip, the strategy may have been just "wander down the aisle and grab what looks good" :)

Sometimes that strategy reveals the truest truths...

Nice, but your graphic at 7:30'ish shows Mt Bartle Frere in Tassy :P

Gah! Well spotted! Copy/paste/forget-to-change strikes again!
That is, of course, Queensland's entry in the State 8! I even know it from the road sign trivia!

Not the second highest mountain in Australia just as a fact check that goes to Mt Townsend in NSW. In fact it's not even third or fourth.

It's a bit of clickbait - watch the video to see how I justify the claim, I do have an argument as to how that doesn't count (hint: prominance) :)
