it's not a new technique, when you're in the air depending on your position rajang will do either a side step or a back jump allowing you to land the helm breaker
I guess with knock-out and evade mantle it would be close to 3 minutes. Is it your personal challenge rule or is TA Wiki supposed to do without mantle?

The hyper armor of the Iai Spirit Slash is long that's why i haven't took the knockback, you use it a lot and it allows lots of openings on this

1:32 I only saw speedrunners start doing this a few months ago. Is this a new technique?
Usually they would not follow up a helm breaker there but now they seem to have found a way to land the helm breaker consistently
