Lol I was watching your San Diego videos as well, u did mention u grew up in Dallas, now here u are lol. I lived in Plano when I was younger and in my early 20s, lots of fun. But now I'm in the Seattle area, sick of it, it's weird up here, anyways we absolutely love San Diego but the Dallas metro is also a maybe place to come back to.... But San Diego is special... What's your opinion on both locations, any recommendations if u had to choose between the two?
That's a tough one!! I travel back and forth between both VIP Realty offices. I LOVE San Diego ( the weather, beach, landscape ) However, the people in Dallas and cost of living is great. IMHO it comes down to finances. Most people who can afford the sunshine tax will most likely pay it. Then again, if you have kids I'd prefer to raise my kids around like minded individuals. Which can be found in SoCal but more so in Texas. ( at least for my family)

When I lived in Richardson 75082, I am sure we were in the Plano school district.
