Never went that route unfortunately! I bet you have some great stories. I just got my CTX 3030 yesterday, by now hopefully you've had great finds with yours? I just started 6 months ago after retiring and love it. I was using my AT Pro but bless my loving wife's heart she got me this for a reg. gift!
I don't have anything to compare it to but for the few times I've gone out I've had a blast. Seems like one of those things that it's easy to use but a little harder to use it well. Good luck and have fun. This part was easy.
Should be fun. For some reason the other video (intro) did not go up...I'll try again tomorrow. Hope to get out with it this weekend. Like I said this will be the first time with a metal detector. The next video should be interesting to say the least. Most likely something like the beach since I'm close.
I can't wait to check out your videos. I too will be on the ctx 3030 team at the end of April. I curently use a Fisher CZ-21 and a Bounty Hunter Pioneer. Good luck learning it should not be that bad... HH!

Hey that's great! I hope to start it up today and try it on some test coins and a little gold nugget I got. Going to do this just in my front yard. Not perfect with TH-cam but I guess you'll get notified if you are subscribed. Look forward to seeing what you think. Since I'm new...I have nothing to compare it to. Best Rusty
