I understand your OCD about it, trust me, I'm the same way. But there is no guarantee that if you replaced it, it still wouldn't have variation. It's not extreme enough to matter.

I love Ikea it such an affordable store for the home. I recently revamped my master walk in closet and did not want to spend too much. I had gotten a quote from a company of $6500 and got exactly what I wanted from Ikea for around $1400. I love my closet!
I’m going through a major renovation in LA too and also coming to an end. I’m like 4 years older than you but definitely don’t have such a good attitude that you have towards renovating, renovation stresses me out so much! Hahaha way to go Tara!!! I need to learn from you!!!
I would 100% let the cabinets go. There is variations, but it’s so slight. I think there would still be variations even if you had them switch it again. They look STUNNING in my opinion! And I think once you move in and start making it look lived in, it won’t be very noticeable! I CANNOT wait to see the floors uncovered and for everything to come together!

Don’t worry too much about the wood in the kitchen - get some LED strips for the kick plates (bottoms of the cabinets) to focus on the floors so you don’t notice it as much - you won’t after everything else is in ❤️
