RG500 Road Ride 2016 RHR Motorcycles

30 Year Old RG500 with sympathetic upgrades. Motor is basically standard with a Nova gearbox and an ignition advancer. Exhausts are J Lomas Stainless Steel. Suspension is Maxton rear and front cartridge conversion. Front brakes are Brembo 250GP items. Engine was refreshed 1K miles ago and makes 100HP at the back wheel.

God that takes me back ,had one back in the early 90's same colour without the pipes but a mild Stephens tune ,it hated riding round town ,oil dribbled out top silencers then you got on an open road and opened it up ... smoke screen 😁!!.Did some long trips on it two up ,was bloody reliable but drunk fuel ..sold it to get a capri 2.8i..😞

mmmm buttery smooth changes through that box, nice to see one in action. Thats the Close Ratio right? We do a dry clutch assembly too ;) Made a load more RG500 Gamma boxes recently with the hard anodized clutch assembly
