Lower pH means water comes in acidic conditions which is causes Corrosion inside boiler tube material, water having tendency to decrease their pH when heated that's why we always kept pH between desired range.

Feed water ph maintain 8.5 to 9.5 if ph decrease by heating then why boiler ph increase 10.5 to 11.5.
I confused on this.....
