Hey, just wondering how your carb is setup for the header and open air filter, my motovox had run issues (motor is Honda GX200) bought a jets kit and it won’t run without choke, any ideas?
Stock carb, bigger jet, pod filter, header, runs fine. If you're having to run with choke on you're not getting enough fuel, you could have an intake leak, or a plug somewhere in a jet or passage.
Any idea on deminsions for the outer rear wheel spacers? I've got a motovox and predator 212 in the garage waiting on parts from GPS but cant find any info for the rear wheel spacers.
Any advice to make it more comfortable. I’m super tall and if I hit a tiny bump at 30mph it feels like I shatter my bike. I got a warrior 200 and it’s super chill
If you are worried about YOU, you can pivot the front of the seat and 2 springs under the rear corners. If you are worried about the BIKE, you can add front shocks. Easiest way to do this is to add a spring in the steering pivot.
Man!!! Excellent tip on the brass block, I had no idea. Adding that 1 to my welding arsenal. Thanks again
You could always get an end mill for your drill press for slotting the torque converter backing plate.
Yeah, that old drill press isn't the best, and i like the router technique.
What is the size or diameter of the frame tube I have to work on my motovox
I believe the original tubing is 7/8" but i use 1" .120 wall for the cross bar when i put it back in.
Imma diggin the channel new sub here brother 🤘🏻😈🤘🏻

Would changing the seat make it a more comfortable ride?
Possible. But i haven't found the ride on this to be too uncomfortable.

I'll measure mine tomorrow for ya.
