You honestly shouldn't sell yourself short, that end sequence was awesome! Especially when it cuts from them fighting alongside each other in 0 to fighting each other in Kiwami

In a way, Kiryu becoming a Monarch butterfly can be seen as symbolic because the colors of the wings match the suit he wore when he became the Dragon of Dojima - when Nishiki was still by his side. I’m definitely reading too much into it, but I think it’s neat.
