Yes John, you do a great job mate, keep it up. As for the FM debate, it’ll be what it’ll be and there isn’t anything we can do about one way or the other apart from be ready with gadgets like this. 👍
Looks a nice little gadget but I have a couple of thoughts. Firstly from what I read on the internet FM is not about to be switched off for a good few years yet, indeed the BBC have no plans to switch it off at all according to their website. Secondly those digital aerials in the windscreen look terrible. Some of them have a magnet to an attached film of plastic with a conductive strip that is supposed to slide behind headlining and stick to the car body via the magnet. For me it’s an interesting gadget but has a few big BUT’s for me. Good review though John.
It's an odd topic, "some say" FM radio will be turned off when more people use DAB, it was only in March this year the BBC halted plans to turn FM off in 2020, so it's still up in the air until more of us use DAB. The antenna on this unit isn't pretty, but it's the most effective DAB antenna I've had. So, like me, it might be ugly but it sure does a great job 😝
The problem with these type devices is they won't "auto turn-on". You didn't mention this, but I'm sure your DAB is the same. When you turn on the car, the device won't turn back on. They should be designed to automatically turn on, triggered using the power from the cigarette lighter socket when the ignition is turned on. I want these devices to resume where it left off, when the car was turned off the car. They should automatically turn on, have same volume, and set to the same mode, etc. I wonder why is that is so difficult to design.

John, thank you. Another honest review from a genuine user. ANDREW

Look a cracking little gadget!
John, I was wondering what is the microSD card memory capacity? I have a 64gb microSD card full of MP3s.
I’ve used a 64gb fine but I’ve not tried a larger capacity card.
Just what I need.....thanks

I didn’t say this because it isn’t true! This device does resume where it left off. That and having the same volume etc too!
Gadget John, oh wow, you should have mentioned it because that's truly unique. I'll check it out. Thx
