There was a new update released quite recently (1.0.5) where blues are nerfed a bit now going from 1.5 to 1.3 eco, so greens are now the better bloon send.
it was 1.3 at the 1.0.4 patch as well.. it was only a visual glitch that showed 1.5 eco, but if you tried it it was only a 1.3 increase!
Dart super sniper is better I think

@@proatbtd6408 no i got into a match with a dartling and i use a semi automatic sniper and i got beaten my rushes dident do anything nothing got pass i put like spikes on every corner and tak shooters..
greens are much more ineficient than blues, having a 0.04 eco per dollar efficiency where blues are 0.054 eco per dollar spent. The real best bloon send is spaced whites as they are 0.063 eco per dollar and a slightly higher eco increase per second than blues, 2.26 eco gain per second compared to group blues' 2.17 eco gain per second

Your dartlings were out of village range. You can check that by little icons appearing over the buffed turrets when you select them.

@@mavriiick he killed like 10 ddts instantly, if obyn can kill that many ddts on round 37 with his trees when not even lvl 20, he is like 20x stronger than every other hero combined
@@papplefarm20 if he could barely kill DDTs from earlier rounds with almost every ability he had plus a boost, what makes you think scaled DDTs would just die instantly to mere accelerators?

Spike storm ripped apart all the ddts in wave 1 for sure lol however second wave was taken care of by darts and the children by the trees (had to spike storm cause ddts got past the trees trees had no use for dealing with ddts durring those rushes)
Obyn’s brambles can stack. That’s why it’s getting used so frequently. I believe you can feasibly get like 2 sets of brambles up, if not more.

I don't think that laser shock and hydra locket pods are a good combo since the lockets does explosive damage and explosive damage kinda does a very bad job at applying the laser shock effects i recommend just going for a laser cannon separately and also I think that the middle path of the dartling is the best crosspath

Hey bolt just a heads up you can lock dartlings in place and keep others to turn in case you want one to hold wave while you upgrade a new one for instance

At the end those ddt's were absorbed by the trees I'm pretty sure
No re watch both 1st and second waves of ddts you'll see the trees are there all of 1st round and the ddts made it to the other side of the path however when he aimed all dartlings he popped ddt layer just before the trees and THEN they cleaned the ceramics if the trees cleaned the first wave they wouldent have made it that far and they probably wouldent have been there second wave either

It's suck at smol bloons but i thing probably it can solo B.A.D with ability, idk if M.A.D can solo Fortified B.A.D because ninja monkey just buffed the B.A.D like crazy

Boltrix I’ve been using basically the same strat but dartling, spike, sub it shreds 18 out of the last 20 games I won
@Bnall 14 You can do 4-0-0 since it can’t pop towers with darts so upgrading to say twin guns or whatever would just be wasting money
@Bnall 14 4-2-0 or 2-4-0 for the dartling I mix them up and spread them out then 0-4-2 for the sub for the first strike get down as many 0-0-0 subs that you can and spam the first strike for BADs and then a few 4-2-0 spike factory’s clumped together and then spread out 2-4-0 spike factory’s for the spike storm ability goated strat
@@Gooodmorningdog you don’t even really need the 4-0-0 at all the dartling can hold eco balloons fine i use the sub for first strike so I use 0-4-2 sub and just spam them for BADS

@@landonsur8059 yeah but I’ve found having the 4-0-0 sub and a 2-4-0 dartling is better for ceramics and it saves just a lil bit of money in the early rounds getting the 4-0-0 to get the 2-4-0 Gatling which you need eventually

Ocean obyns Totem Does the same thing as an 3-0-0 Druid or 0-2-0 ninja and normal obyn slows down the bloons.

it's because you boosted and used homeland defense, without boost and homeland, it would of taken you 4x slower to pop down the ddts
mans spent all this money on a discount village and then didnt buy range on it so he still payed full price on the towers bruh

Obyn's tree was what destroyed the second wave of DDTs. Folks don't know how op Obyn is until they send BADs at him past r40.
lol simply not true. It's the accelerators that did the work. He didn't aim well at the first wave (aiming the endpoint of the beam), but when he aimed it perfectly at the 2nd wave, he destroyed the DDTs.
@@Chronotopia No he’s right. Watch it again, the little puffs of smoke coming off the trees means that they’re sucking up bloons. It possibly could have been the camgrow ceramics, but I’m certain it was the actual ddts
@@sloop2286 no no he is right and your kinda right (with camgrows) the first wave (if original comment was true) should have been cleaned up mostly if not all by the trees if that was the case however it wasn't as they got to the other side of the map anyways and second wave he aimed better which popped them just slightly before trees to get the camgrows

You should have multiple darlings from different locations pointing at one spot because it creates a plasma pool that does a lot of damage
That’s not a thing in Battles 2. The plasma pools are from a Monkey Knowledge in BTD6
Hey Bolt, you should try the 2/0/4 dart monkey. I've been using that tower lately and it just shreds constant eco
I saw a guy using that against me, I was sceptical for a while but in fairness it did hold off my eco until like round 18. I killed him easily with regrow ceramics, though.

0-2-4 is better dps wise
People spam Obyn's ability because it literally throws down a new bush while keeping the old one. Its strength lies in stacking these bushes so that when stuff *does* leak through, there's a good last line of defense.
I have been using this strat a lot but i changed the spike factory to mortar and obyn to biker bones (make sure its biker bones cause biker bones lvl 10 ability changes so mortars do double dmg) and it got me all the way to moab pit

Your 420 dartling does more damage at the end part of the beam, like 10x more damage than the actual beam itself.

i ended up missing a bunch of videos and probably livestreams because of a tornado in my town, but on the bright side i have multiple videos to watch today now
Just want to say the real op tower people are sleeping on is dart for jugg and crossbow but also while ninja is popular people always neglect going sabotage supply lines which is possibly the best ability in the game.
When I play the game I feel like am the only dart user lmao, never seen one yet

I think the Odin forest ability got the DDT kill at very end. Darling gun is good, but the spike factory ability stopped the main rush there too

i have my own strat:
you need ice monke, super monke, quincy and sub
1. place quincy and spam red bloons until you get 315 eco
2. place 2 ice monke and upgrade both to x-2-2
3. spam blue bloons until you get 500 eco
4. place super monke
5. do whatever you want
Okay after arguing with a few uh lesser beings in this comment section and further studying the whole ddt waves 1 and 2 and the camgrows in the end the ONLY reason the tress where moving and creating the puff of smoke showing them sucking up bloons was because of the AI ROUNDs camgrows in the first wave IF the trees did all the work why in the world would he have had to spike storm the track to kill the ddts that made it to the other side of the track whenever the trees where put down BEFORE the rush waves 🤦♂️ durring the first wave not all or even most (guessing the most part here) of the 420 darts are aimed at the start of the opponent rush path and therefore the ddts got past to the OTHER side of the track in the SECOND wave they all are aimed in front of the trees just before them where they pop the ddts and whatever spawns out of the ddts gets sucked up by the trees at this point too please if your gonna come at me make sure you ACTUALLY rewatch before you embarras yourself 🤦♂️
Grouped Greens are still better because you can send them faster meaning you get that $1.4 faster than you would the $1.5, you’ll go up $100+ eco with grouped greens faster than with grouped blues because of the speed at which you can send them
People spam the hero ability because it generates more xp since your using the tower more. :p
Yo Boltrix. I have 4th tier glue gunner. It meltssss. Paired with spike factory and sub, many dubs.
Despite everyone on TH-cam (Even pros) pressuring me to main tak shooters I stuck with dartling gunner opening and here we are with at least some sort of proof that I am not crazy. Thank you for giving me the confidence to keep grinding dartling.
Can anyone tell me how to use eco in mobile pls when i hold the baloons it dont eco sometimes it says syncing but it doest not appear anymore
I also play on mobile. Its not your problem everybody has this problem on mobile. When I eco past round 12 the eco doest even go to the opponent it just stays there.

Obyns trees in BTD6 give you bananas when they’re full so I’m assuming it does the same in battles, that’s why people spam it, free money
green sends faster on 5 tho
People spam obyn abilities I think because when they wear off or when you re use the ability you get some bananas that give cash I’ve noticed from playing obyn recently
Because. One of ability is wall of forest when break and catch bloons when explode, it give money's
The reason why do you spend over the ability is because you can put on more stuff for when does it when you click the other video of over again on another job so you can have multiple is infinite you can I have 1 million traps if you just keep using all of the abilities that’s why they are spammi

Also i have a tip once there arent 4+ eco towers grouped pink has less eco than grouped black and by the time 4+ ecos arent 4 or become expensive the black and pink will become grouped

He's Bush thing stacks but the trees don't but if you use the trees they can give you money if they have eaten some bloons but if they give you money (depending on how much ) the tree are already used up

People spam Obyn's abilities because they want to stack his ability for extra popping power or even a safe net.
NK nerfed dartling micro for dartling on release without x-x-1 upgrade.
They could have just sent Some ddts to bait abilities and after the abilities ended, they could have easily won.

the fact that bloons td battles 2 players without touchscreen can't eco and upgrade at the same time so if they want to be a pro at the game they have to either find out how to turn on touchscreen or buy another device
Also one 0-2-2 and one 0-0-0 dartling defends everything till round 7 yellows
