@bujji k , It all depends if Instance is available for Request. Create a New Account in ServiceNow. Request Instance. Will see available Version Instances to Request.

I am unable to see tokyo instance currently they have only washington instance and UI is totally different please help me to get Tokyo instance UI.
In my dashboard there is no option of start building so what can i do ?
