I like the idea of the gel pen (yours looks fantastic!), but somehow, when I use it on top of colored pencil, it's like the gel isn't sticking to the waxy surface. Is that a common problem, and is there any way around it? Thanks.

I sometimes find that, especially on an area that been worked a lot more. I haven't found a way around it just yet, unfortunately :(
