I knew Maurice back in the day in South Florida, played a lot of cards with him. Learned a lot from him - I found him to be a willing coach for a newbie who wanted to learn, both from talking to him off the felt, and watching him from across the felt. Any time I put money in his hand, he put it back in mine. He was super real about his weaknesses, and his strengths were never in question. Even though I moved away and lost touch with him, I’ve enjoyed watching that ring count continue to rise.
There’s a literal court document that says he owes Randy Garcia 100K+. He needs to make things right. And stop dusting his money in the sports book. He bet heavy on the dolphins vs the chiefs in the playoffs bc “he’s from Florida” he’s a degenerate, a great player, but will be labeled a scammer until he does the right thing…. IDGAF what he does with his money but scammers should be outed and WSOP should ban him until he pays Garcia.
