For sticker organization, why not get those accordion folder books and label each tab like easter, valentine's, washi, chalkboard, etc and whenever you need an item you can go to the labeled area and find what you need. You can even label them by shop names so you can remember to buy more of the shop when you run out.
Love ur washi stickers have u tried target mini planner binder storage ur stickers, or mini album pic or but sheet protector and photo sheet protected for pocket size stickers hope this help ur sticker organization

Because I'll get for example a pack of scrapbook paper and won't like half of them or don't want doubles and I wanted to make a big thing with paper, stickers, tape, other scrapbook and planning items to trade with someone. Do you know where I could find a group that does that?

Target has great chalk board markers they are by the scrapbooking stuff. They come in like pink, green, and blue. They show up great and are pretty fine tipped. I use them on my chalk board stickers just don't like messing with chalk.
Ah, I love your washi collection ! I always have to order tape and stickers online because there's no Michael's , Dollar Store , Target , Walmart, etc here :(

Since chalkboards are coming back into style that have made modern chalk! Its like liquid chalk in a pen and its awesome and still really easy to wash off. For a white pen, I really recommend the white jelly roll pen. It has lots of great reviews and it works wonders!
The posca white pens are pretty nice!

Michael's sell chalk pens for your sticker labels
