Brilliant goal by Felix Gasselich (Ajax)

Although he didn't become a big star in Holland (to put it mildly), during his stint with Ajax Austrian Felix Gasselich proved many times what a great technician he was. Watch this fantastic goal against FC Utrecht (januarí 15, 1984) for proof... This shot has such a sick curve that the goalkeeper desparately tries to correct his dive while the ball changes direction!
By the way, the defender who isn't able to stop Felix in this clip is Dick Advocaat, who would years later become coach of the national teams of Holland and Belgium, to name just 2.

I saw a photo of Felix Gasselich and Andrea Gasselich in the newspapers in early July 1983, when they arrived in Amsterdam, when Felix Gasselich at age 27 was going to play for Ajax as a routined offensive left midfielder in the 1983/84, 1984/85 and 1985/86-seasons. Andrea Gasselich was a tall, slender, blonde stunningly beautiful woman then!! An exceptionally beautiful face!!
