Slashing and Dashing

The plaintiff says the defendant slashed her tires because she was dating the defendant’s ex-boyfriend. She needs four new tires, so she’s suing for the cost. The defendant says she and the plaintiff were getting played by the same guy, so she slashed the tires. She claims she gave the man $500 to give to the plaintiff to cover the cost of used tires.
