My points in skillselect and in points calculator are different. They are higher in skillselect than points calculator can someone please guide me?

Overseas study I have a masters degree - 15 points
Overseas experience - 4 years ( as per ACS ) - 5 points
English Proficiency - Competent - 0 points
Marital Status - Single - 10 points
So total 60 points.
I have a doubt in EOI when we add qualification details it's asks that is it meeting Australian study requirements. So I selected yesterday as my bachelor's and master's qualification is assessed by ACS. This is giving difference I guess. So in EOI it's showing points 65
