I have 75 points based on education, age, PTE, spouse competent englisy etc. In my profession this year cutoff was 90 points for 189 subclass and 70 points for 491 subclass. It means those who have scored 55 points only got the opportunity as you mentioned 15 points will be given by state. please clear this point.

Well I started this video to understand the step by step but I didn't get the information that I was looking for.

Hi dear, if their is some minor mistake in EOI because of confusion means if I have claimed the deemed experience too in my EOI AND matric and case officer of state is agree with my points and say no mistake then what are the chances of visa to be granted by DOHA.
I have 75 points but due to some confusion some are saying it should be 70 which is above the basic eligibility criteria. So do you think it might can effect the final visa grant.
