zzr1200 air filter change

So after deliberation i decided iwould change out my air filter for a more sporty one namely a pipex so decided that a vid to help others would be a good idea as theres not alot out there for zzr1200's

Thank you so much. You made the filter change really simple for me. I dropped a socket down under the tank as I replaced it but was able to use a telescopic magnet.

oh cool i loved that bike got it practically new one thing to be aware of with it when ordering parts the reg is not the age of the bike it was a showroom bike for sometime before it got regd so always look for the older version parts i.e. things like the head bearings for steering rack are a different size to the older versions i already made that mistake. did you by it from a shop in london cant remember the name of it. Hope she does you proud as she did me.nice to know she's still around :). I part ex a BMW r1100s for it which almost killed me when the brakes servo failed and never will buy another BMW.

I did wonder about the age as it comes up as a C2H rather than a C3, I brought it about 2 years ago from Bill Bunn motorcycles in Brentford, love the bike can't see me parting with it anytime soon.

Thanks for the video mate, you are right, i have one of these badboys and there is hardly any information with this bike, i was trying to take off my fuel tank a couple months ago and couldn't do it, now cause of your video i know now to take out the fuel tap... Thanks

@Gfamilyuno not a problem. glad the vid helped ill be doing more vids on my bike soon may be something there to help in future. Beutifull bikes shame theres not much more info on them.

look on "cradleys Kawasaki" they got everything you need or look on ebay.the inner cowling is what I think your looking for.
