Dear Julie, I am writing to say thank you for the way of teaching that I always needed. While scrolling down the lessons on your page I understood that you are the only one with whom I can boost my writing skills and vocabulary as well.At the end of my email I wish you best of luck and extend my warm regards. I look forward to watching your new recently issued videos. Best regards, Gular G. Baku, Azerbaijan
Hey julie , First of all I want to thank you for making these kind of videos and explaining in a very good way , as I have learned so much from your videos there i really wanted to thank you. This is Sahil Thakur form India.
Hi Julie. I'm learning always something new in each lesson (capital letters in subject line) it is not polite... I never imagined that meaning. Thank you for all your wonderful job. just waiting for the next lesson.
Hey, it's great that you're learning new things from the lessons! And yes, capital letters are really aggressive in English. Many people aren't aware and use them to show that something is important....unfortunately the reader usually doesn't see it that way so be careful ;).
You're awesome Julie... thank you for your particular way of considering details while teaching.... you're an awesome teacher....I fell in love of your video after the second video of your that I watched....Thanks a million
Thank you Juile for the great lesson you have made. It was so useful. I expect little more examples from you with formal email writing. Such as greetings with Dear Mr. + Surname. But it's fine. I always face a trouble when I try to draft an email. I hope this lesson can help me to write a email in proper manner.
My pleasure, I'm glad that you enjoyed the lesson. When it comes to formal email greetings, "Dear Mr. / Ms." is the most commonly used greetings, there are no many others. In terms of formal examples, I'll be making lessons about tone and formality in the future so I'm sure they will help! :)
I came across this video while looking at another video for my online class. I thoroughly enjoyed this video on writing a professional email in English. All the points were covered and you actually answered all my questions. I will use these tips in my future writing. I am also going to check out some of your other videos as well.
Thanks a lot, nice one. What if you're writing email marketing! Can you please throw more light on email marketing! Expecting your response. Thanks once again
Hi Julie, Thanks a lot for this useful lesson, it's simple and easy to keep in mind and really practical. Just one question teacher, what to write if the recipient is someone who isn't among your colleague or your working world, and someone who doesn't expect to receive your e-mail, and in what part of my mail should I put this phrase ? Thanks, bye
Hey, I'm glad you enjoyed the lesson! Good questions - if you're writing to someone who isn't expecting an email from you, the best option is to find out their name and use it in the greeting. If you can't find out their name, you can simply write "Hello".
Hey, great question - the subject should reflect what the email is about. So, if you’re writing back and forth and your have an email thread that is about one topic, there’s no need to change the subject line. If the topic of your email has changed, I’d recommend writing a new email and writing a relevant subject line. 😉
Just within minutes, I was able to learn what I had never taught at college talking alone in high school... Julie your explanation was nothing more but a very easy and comprehensible one. However, I recommend you improve the graphics of your videos a little more or better. The example part of your lesson was very understandable, but the writing was not clear enough to be seen. Thank you, Looking forward to your response.

Would you mind giving cover letter to apply remote secretary?
Hi, each cover letter needs to be written specifically for the position and for each applicant, rather than simply a copied and pasted letter.
Thx, we want a mail fr job. Example.
Please make a video on " Writing e-mail replies in IT Companies '
do i have to write subject all the time, when we are writing mail back and forth.

I’m really glad to hear the lesson was helpful and thanks for your feedback. The more recent lessons should have clearer text 😉.
If you are writing a formal email... but you don't know whether the perak is male or female , so how should we greet them.
